Day 13 in my photo blog journey

Todays Picture is of a Dogwood flower...I have about 6 of these in my yard and right now most of them are in full bloom. I am really not fond of this tree, up close it is not really pretty. I think this tree is nice to look at from a distant.

    I don't think I've ever seen a dogwood flower close up. I've heard that at Easter you see the imprint of a cross in them. Is that true?
