Day 5 in my photo blog journey...Today's picture is of a cake I made for my Moms 59 Birthday..She asked for a coconut cake, I have never made a coconut cake! I looked for three days for a recipe. It took me a couple of hours to make, but it turned out well and was good. Happy Birthday to my MOM!!!
